1.download and upload:
when you select a desired blogger template for yourblog they prompt you to download files on your computer. after the complete download of blogger template fole on your computer
>>right click on that file
>>click on extrat here
>>open extracted folder you will find and xml
files which is require to upload.
>>login to blogger.com>>click on layout >>click on edit html
>>click on browser
>>select the xml/html file type from the folder hich being extracted recently by
you.
>>click on upload
2.copy and paste

>>select all code from that page and copy excluding other contents rather than code.
>>login to blogger.com>>click on layout ??click on edit html
>>put tick mark on expand widget templates and delete all code from the box
below .

>>click on save templates and then click on confirm&save
